Resolute Behavioral & Mental Health Risk Mitigation Services of Georgia, LLC
(RBMHofGA)™ services typically require an initial in-person or virtual consultation. The consultation process will require the consumer to identify as one of the following within the company to complete the consultation: owner(s), co-owner(s), and/or a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, Ph.D, Psy.D). A combination of all three mentioned professionals can be present during the initial consultation to ensure knowledge about the professional services needed is discussed thoroughly.
RBMHofGA™ strongly encourages consumers to request a consultation, as soon as possible regarding an upcoming audit to ensure logistics about the audit are supported in a timely manner. Our highest recommendation to prevent delays in services is to have an initial consultation during initial contact with us.

Note: Mediated communication is considered as part of our consultation to discuss logistics of the desired service(s). However, it does not extend to assisting with discussing the decisions needed about a client receiving services from the inquiring business (i.e. client's progress, client's status within an agency/organization, etc.) due to prohibited services that would not support the work ethic of RBMH'sofGA™ policy regarding HIPPA compliance.

The necessity of maintaining a mental health business is understood by Resolute Behavioral & Mental Health Risk Mitigation Services of Georgia, LLC (RBMHofGA)™. The emphasis of RBMH, on the other hand, is on helping businesses with risk analysis and risk reduction.
Additionally, RBMHofGA™ does not address hazard-based, patient safety, financial risk, hazards-based, or health information technology risk mitigation. Compliance auditing, internal auditing, risk solution and mitigation consulting, clinical process, regulatory standards and compliance, performance improvement, and business process are the main areas of RBMHofGA™ focus of our services.

RBMHofGA™ does not assist mental and behavioral health companies with their record requests.
However, in the event that you are unsure of how to reply or feel constrained in your knowledge, we believe it is crucial to seek guidance from your professional liability insurance carrier's risk management department and/or attorney.
